These are in both the Nordic Knits Booklet (Booklet produced by the Nordic Heritage Museum for the Nordic Knitting Conference 10/07 Seattle - Available thru the Museum giftshop for $10 plus tax/shipping nordic@nordicmuseum.org) and in Invisible Threads by Annemor Sundbo. They are easy to knit, but I think could be more useful than some other wristwarmers I have seen.
