Or, She's Here and Oh So Cute!
This is the new puppy. Her puppy name is Novak but that won't be her permanent and registered name. I'll let you know what that is as soon as we figure it out. I am open to suggestions.
She adores Casey. Casey is hiding inside her bed because she has a bone she doesn't want to share (it was Novak's first). Yes, Casey does fit in that bed and she really likes it.
Novak likes feet and she likes to be near Casey and do what Casey does.
And they both like to be petted.
Oops! She slept all the way through the night and had no accidents in her crate. Then she got up and used the puppy pad several times just like she was completely trained. Then she had a couple of Oops moments. Oh well, nobody's perfect and at least with a little puppy the accidents are also little.
Then it was playtime. This is currently her favorite toy - we call it a tug. She likes it because she can chew it,
or wrassle it.
This is Casey watching everything.
And Novak, likes Casey's tug even if it's bigger than she is.
Casey is not too keen on sharing with Novak just yet.
Novak likes to play King of the Towel,
and chew the tug,
and with her dragons,
and wrassle the tug.
And eventually, she just sort of drops to the ground, completely and utterly exhausted and sleeps.
Sometimes all the dogs find a girl and lay down on it.
Sometimes we sleep in our own little bedroom.
Some of the residents are not impressed with any of this.
