Yummy Rug

Being the very good aunt that she is, Dena made this lovely pom pom rug for her neice,  my youngest daughter.  Since she didn't post it here herself, I'm doing it for her.  The rug lives in my new craft room because That Other Girl has such a messy room that I won't let this gorgeous (and seriously soft on the footsies) rug venture in the room to get lost.

And since Dena posted awful pictures of me, I'm going to post a pretty good one of her here!

I don't have to post myself. I have menials to do that for me.

I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I will never tell the public you are my menial again.

Are these hard to make? Would love to know more about these rugs - We RV full time and think these types of rugs would work great in our rig.. They are super cute..

We (Dena and hubby) also have an RV and had hoped to be RV'ing full time by now. It is still in the future for us.

If you crochet the rug is super easy and can be made any size you want. It is softer than soft for bare toes to step on.

So the first question has to be - do you crochet followed by do you know how to chain, single crochet, double crochet and double crochet throught the back loop.

If you can do all those stitches, you can make this rug.

It's a gorgeous rug and I'm not sure I conveyed how very nice it feels under my bare feet. That Other Girl may not ever get to take it out of my knitting room!
