Dena's Birthday Surprise

And here is another thing I forgot to take pictures of while visiting Dena and Mom.  

I knit these socks for Dena.  She likes handknit socks and she isn't supposed to be knitting these days.  So I figured I would just knit her a pair for her birthday.  The yarn is called Mad Sock in the Malachite colorway and is from Madsen Originals on Etsy.  I love the color and might just have to order some more for myself.   The sock Pattern is Diagonal Lace Socks by Wendy Johnson and is really easy.  I needed really easy because I started these when my shoulder was acting up.
