Christmas Cookies! The Divine Miss M made a bunch of Christmas Cookies for us. She made chocolate chip, sugar, more chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin and more sugar cookies. She had to make more of some because we mailed the first batches of chocolate chip and sugar cookies off to Alaska (you can see the box on the right of the finished cookies). She's making still more today because cookies don't last long in this house!!!

Fresh Tomatoes in December?
Yep! I brought Girl Far From Home's tomato plant into the SubT (subterranean) greenhouse because it had about 10 green tomatoes on it. One branch broke off in all the moving and shuffling so I hung it up in the hopes that it's little ones would turn red (no sign of that yet). A whole bunch on the plant have turned from green to red and she picked them on Thursday morning (the 16th of December!!). Not sure the plant is going to make it much longer, but it does still have quite a bit of green fruit on it.
